As the saying goes "All good things come to an end" so our time in The Netherlands also had to come to an end. Brendon and Wendy very kindly let me bath Owen a few times when they go back so I did not have to have severe withdrawals but never the less I will miss them all very much. He was at such a cute stage just like Rachel was when we left SA. All that I do now is remind myself that soon I will be seeing Evangeline and she too will be at that very cute stage. The children grow up so quickly one must just enjoy every moment one has with them. Having Owen so near is a blessing as it helps so much when I miss the rest of the family in SA. I cannot put in words what it means to be able to see the Dutch connection so regularly as without out that I think being so far from SA would not have been so easy.
