Today is St George's Day and we were in the town center to see what was being done to celebrate the special day. Most of the shops had special displays in their windows and the streets were decked with English flags. Special activities had been organised to entertain both young and old and everywhere there was a festive atmosphere as everyone enjoyed the beautiful warm weather. (Too hot for us so we wore our hats and stuck to the shaded areas).
