The sight seeing continued late into the afternoon and then they met up with their friend, Linda, who the knew in South Africa. The SA flags on display were because the President was on a UK trip and not because the Yons had come to London. They started on the return trip that night, weary but happy having had such a great experience. They ended up having to take two trains and a bus to get back to Downham Market because they missed one train then took the wrong train and as the second train was the last train to Kings Lynn it only went as far as Ely (because of renovations to the line to Kings Lynn)and so they then had to take the bus to Downham Market arriving back after midnight exhausted but happy.Granny was there to meet them and after carrying Rachel up to her bed, she had fallen asleep in the lounge waiting for them, they chatted a while then crashed into their own beds as the morning would soon be upon them.
