Every time we park the car in the garage and walk back to the house we pass the bushes alongside the driveway and I have noticed that there are more berries this year than in the past. I heard somewhere that this means that we are heading for a severe Winter because Nature is preparing in order that the birds have enough to eat when there is plenty of snow around. All very exciting except if one has to drive anywhere. I love the snow but not the ice on the roads so we will just wait and see and be glad that we do not know what lies ahead of us.
