Today the Social Centre has arranged a special Christmas Dinner. We often have our meals there so we had also planned to attend. The food is always good and plentiful and today was no exception even though the number of people had tripled by normal standards. The fact that there was several inches of snow everywhere did not stop them from attending and while we were in the warm setting enjoying good food and lovely Fellowship, it was snowing outside. I felt sorry for my car because it sleeps in the garage so is protected from the snow at night but today it had to stand outside in the snow while we enjoyed our meal. When we ventured out it was to see that the snow was still falling so the trip home was another UK adventure.
