It is that time of the year again and the annual Christmas Fair was once again the highlight of the week. Douglas had been given the OK to do 2hours a day back at work but it was decided that he would not do his duty as father Christmas this year. He did instead attend the fair and had a fantastic time chatting to everyone as well as playing all the games. The Fair was well supported and the "stand in" Father Christmas did an excellent job. It was good to see so many youngsters there. They enjoyed preparing "Reindeer Food" as well as decorating biscuits and of course there were many other craft activities for them to try out. After browsing the many different stalls in the hall, we enjoyed a delicious plate of soup and then went home for a rest.
